Yes, and the same … Yes, and the same time, you will be respecting the user’s decisions on how he/she wants to browse the web. (If you have a black desktop, with black controls, it is disgusting to browse white sites)
Putting too much detail into a website, will make it unfriendly to blind people, for example. (How a site is supposed to be read to blind people? What about people with epilepsy?)
And there is a cost-effectivity trade off which is better addressed by simple html.
