There is currently no technological way to prevent anyone from copying the design of a web page. Web browsers must be able to read your design in order to display your web page correctly for the user, and any design elements that a browser can read, a person can also read.
Incidentally, if there were a way to prevent copying of a web page’s design then phishing sites would have a much more difficult time of tricking people into giving up private information.

Nobody is gonna want your web design as there are too many designs out there now that are better than yours. Don’t want it ripped off; don’t put it on the Internet.

Place a copyright notice at the bottom. Sadly though you will have to press legal action if someone ever rips off your site to keep it from happening. Unless your site has serious commercial value though, it is unlikely to be worth the effort. This is a common dilemma with creative works. You want others to see them, but you don’t want them to copy them.

Make your web site page error free and there should be no Buges in it than you will not get ripped off.
