it depends on which company you are working for and what exp you have. For a fresher its between 2-4 laks.
For 2-5 years its between 4-8 lakhs. And more then 5 you might get 8+ lakh.

Depends upon the nature of the work. for e.g freelancers earns $15 per hour and full time employee earns around 15K per month with two years of experience.
