Important Note
If you received an email welcoming you to the Promo Only MPE system, an account has already been created exclusively for you. You do not need to submit this form. This is a complimentary, invitation only service and there is absolutely no cost to you.
Account Request
If you did not receive an email invitation to use the Promo Only MPE service, but would like to request an account, we suggest that you contact your label representative.
You may also fill out and submit this account request form. This request will be forwarded to the appropriate labels, but will not guarantee registration into the system. NOTE: The Promo Only MPE Player is only avaible for PCs.
