People may think that porn is somehow less professional than mainstream productions, but it just isn't true. You need to know how to operate cameras, how to understand the lingo and get the proper shots. If you're talented and qualified, finding a job as a cameraman shouldn't be too hard. You probably won't be able to find a job as a director unless you've spent some time in the industry (which is also a practical point, since you need to learn things by observing as well). Unless you've directed/produced/done cam work on other mainstream productions and have something to show to your prospective employers, they'll probably not consider you for directing or producing. You should try interning at a company like Kink.com or someone like that- they're always looking for talented folks.
