How do you make media player music be your ringtone on a LG rumor phone?

I have a LG rumor phone. On my Media Player, I have tons of songs. But there are no options and nothing that tells me how to make media player music be your ring tones. Any Help?

you can’t…. i have tried many things… but there are no options for it, except to purchase ringers…. This phone sucks!!! lol
