I have used E Bay for a few years now and this is a new one on me.
Do you mean you want to auction an item in a digital format i.e an E Book, if so then you advertise it as normal with no postage obviously and if people are interested when the auction ends you e mail it to them.

Its only available in the US (www.ebay.com), but saying that, I’m in the UK and used to use the digital delivery mechanism on http://www.ebay.com – I just had to get used to listing items in dollars!
